Frozen 3 is an upcoming American animated musical fantasy film produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures. It will be the sequel to Frozen (2013) and Frozen II (2019), and the third installment in the Frozen franchise. Idina Menzel and Josh Gad will reprise their respective voice roles as Elsa and Olaf from the previous two films.
The film is scheduled to be released on November 25, 2026.

Development
In February 2023, during the Q1 earnings call, Disney CEO Bob Iger confirmed that a sequel to Frozen II is in active development.[3] Shortly thereafter, Josh Gad confirmed that he would return as the voice of Olaf in the film.[4] In June of the same year, Jennifer Lee revealed that she would not be returning to direct.[5]

The film is scheduled to be released on November 25, 2026.[6]
Potential sequel
A fourth Frozen film is in development as of 2023.[7]
