Platzer Fastigheter is a Swedish real estate company founded in 1966, with the brand name Platzer since 1969. Its operations are concentrated to Gothenburg, where Platzer is one of the largest real estate companies with more than 900,000 square meters under management. The parent company of the group has been listed on Nasdaq Stockholm's Mid Cap list since 2013. Platzer is the largest property manager in Gårda [sv] and Högsbohöjd [sv].
