I want to Remove "Mouthguard: A mouthguard is not mandatory in most tournaments but is recommended." Because, as a waterpolo player I have never seen or heard of mouthguards being recommended because you would not be able to breath easily and you could not tell your team that your opponent is flanking trying to steal the ball etc. [[User:Br meast|Br meast]] ([[User talk:Br meast|talk]]) 16:33, 2 October 2023 (UTC)

The rules have been changed, and the goalkeeper is now permitted to move past the half-distance line.  Not done for now: While I have not removed this from the article, it does not have a source. So I have instead tagged it with the citation-needed template. In the meantime, if you are able to provide reliable sources directly explaining that water polo players do not wear mouth guards, this would support removing it from the equipment list. If you provide a source, please reactivate this edit request by following the instructions provided in the box on the right. -- Pinchme123 (talk) 01:39, 6 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
