QuillBot is a software developed in 2017 that uses artificial intelligence to rewrite and paraphrase text.[1][2][3][4]

Reception and impact

According to a 30 under 30 listing on Forbes QuillBot has a user base that includes both free and premium subscribers. The listing also states that on August 2023, QuillBot was acquired by Course Hero.[5] On August 21st 2021, course hero published an announcement stating it had acquired QuillBot.[6]
