Trademark

The article starts 'Safesearch is a Google search..' but that's not true any more. Yahoo and Bing both now have SafeSearch. Is the term not trademarked? Is it an independent service used by all three? Marinheiro (talk) 09:39, 25 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]
