Daniel Muñoz Mejía (born 24 May 1996) is a Colombian professional footballer who plays as a right-back or right wing-back for Premier League club Crystal Palace and the Colombia national team.[2]

Club career

From 2017 until 2019 Muñoz played for Águilas Doradas.[3] In May 2020, Muñoz completed a transfer from Atlético Nacional to Genk, for a fee of €4.5 million.[4]

In January 2024, Muñoz completed a transfer to Crystal Palace, for a fee of €8 million.[5] He signed a contract until 2027, with an option for an additional year.[6] On 3 February, Muñoz made his debut for Palace in a 4–1 defeat to Brighton & Hove Albion.[7]
