That 1st section was really informative... but stuff like that belongs in the main article, not the talk page. Be sure to post it, because A LOT of that good info isn't mentioned in the main article!

When SlipknoT reunites in 2008, are they going to record a new album, as well? If they do, what kind of metal can we expect to hear? Are they going to return to their extremely brutal, shocking, heavy (as in, like, deep guitars! Special message for anyone who can't agree on what "heavy" means) and curse-word saturated sound? Or will they experiment, like on Vol.3? Maybe there'll be Stone Sour influence, the same way that Come What(ever May contains Slipknot-esque music, tempo and vocals. Maybe there'll be a Murderdolls or Ministry (band) influence on Joey's drums. Anyone care to add?

New Album Possibilities

When SlipknoT reunites in 2008, are they going to record a new album, as well? If they do, what kind of metal can we expect to hear? Are they going to return to their extremely brutal, shocking, heavy (as in, like, deep guitars! Special message for anyone who can't agree on what "heavy" means) and curse-word saturated sound? Or will they experiment, like on Vol.3? Maybe there'll be Stone Sour influence, the same way that Come What(ever) May contains Slipknot-esque music, tempo and vocals. Maybe there'll be a Murderdolls or Ministry (band) influence on Joey's drums. Anyone care to add?

Corey's Voice

Is it just me, or does Corey's voice sound radically different today than it did in 2004 or 2001? Listen to the way he screams on Stone Sour's Come What(ever) May: doesn't it sound like his voice is cracking/can't hit the notes? I thought he was supposed to have had vocal surgery. He should drink some herbal tea w/ honey to help his voice out after concerts so that it doesn't get worse.

I'm not saying that his voice is shit, or that he has no talent, I'm just commenting on how his voice has changed over the years.
