Rewrite

I have done a major rewrite of this article, adding another image, notes and an external link to an excellent picture (side view) that appears on the Website of the Monastery at Valaam. I've also corrected the text with reference to the patriarchal koukoulion. If anyone has any suggestions for improvement of this article, please post your comments.
