Lonely Days is a novel written by a Nigerian prose writer Bayo Adebowale. [1]It was first published in 2006 . The novel centers on the journey of widowhood experienced by African women. The story set its location at the south western part of Nigeria. Yaremi who is the center character of the story, experienced widowhood after the sudden death of her husband Ajumobi ,who was a powerful hunter.[2][3]
