Wikipedia is intended to be a encyclopedia that anyone can edit. There are certain standards for encyclopedias, however, and that includes factual information. Joke articles such as The Dave O Reilly really aren't suited for Wikipedia. However, you might find a humor wiki such as Uncyclopedia more your style.
