Drake Bell (born June 27, 1986 in Orange County, California) is an American actor and musician. As of 2004, Drake is best known to television audiences as a cast member on The Amanda Show; he also stars in Drake and Josh as "Drake Parker" alongside Amanda Show costar Josh Peck.
Bell is also a singer/songwriter guitarist, and is working on his first album.
He is greatly influenced by British rock and roll legends especially The Beatles and The Who.
Bell is one of the children of professional billiards player Robin Dodson.
Bell's real first name is Jared but he prefers to use his middle name.
Bell did a guest appearance as himself on Nickelodeon's Zoey 101 which was created by Dan Schneider who is also the creator of "Drake and Josh".
