In Kumaon , The Bahuguna’s are considered to be a Common Brahmin Surname/Community. Bahuguna’s of Kumaon are of Atri Gotra. The Origin Of Kumaoni Bahuguna’s are Considered from Bughan/Budhan Village in Almora District . In Kumaon Bahuguna’s are commonly knows as Bughani.
