The Battle of Oździutycze (Polish; Bitwa pod Oździutyczami, Ukrainian; Бій під Озютичамі; 29 February 1944) was fought between the Battalion “Osnowa” in the 27th Volhynian Infantry Division of the Home Army under the command of Jan Wojciech Kiwerski and Kazimierz Rzaniak against the Company “Siromantsi” in the 3rd Operational Group “Lysonia” of the Ukrainian Insurgent Army under the command of Dmytro Karpenko in the Włodzimierz County of the Wołyń Voivodeship.[1]
