Balwant Baswant Wankhade is an Indian politician from Maharashtra and a Member of the Indian National Congress currently serving as the Member of Parliament from Amravati Constituency since 4 June 2024. He won 2024 election with huge number of votes & defeated MP Navneet Kaur Rana wife of MLA Ravi Rana.

Wankhade is an official candidate of Indian National Congress in 2024 Lok Sabha elections from Amravati Lok Sabha constituency.^[1]

Balwant Wankhade is a Buddhist.^[2]^[3]^[4]
