Loeb & Loeb is a law firm founded in Los Angeles in 1909, with a historically prominent reputation in the entertainment industry. The firm has broadened its scope to encompass various other specialties, with offices throughout the U.S. and elsewhere, but remains best known for its entertainment practice.

Founded by brothers Edwin J. and Joseph P. Loeb, the firm represented major film studios such as Universal Pictures, Warner Brothers, Republic Pictures, RKO Pictures, MGM, Samuel Goldwyn Studios, United Artists, and 20th Century Fox. The firm was also involved in the founding of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.[1]. More recently, the firm has represented Netflix and Paramount Pictures in high-stakes copyright litigation.[2]
