It is set to be released on August 9, 2024.[1][2] The album is considered a continuation of their experimental and alternative metal style from previous album A Wonderful Life, deviating from early nu metal influences to form a more accessible record.[3] It is the first album to feature guitarist Joe "Jenkins" Gaal, vocalist Scott beck and drummer Aydin Kerr. In addition, it serves as the return of guitarist Dave "Gravy" Felton.
