Serik Zhumangarin (born 1969, Aktobe) is a Kazakh politician who currently serves as the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan since 2022.[1][2]

Education

Zhumangarin holds degrees from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute, Karaganda Buketov University, and the International Academy of Business.[2]

Career

After a period of entrepreneurial activity (1993-2004), Zhumangarin entered government service. He held various positions in the Aktobe regional administration, including Deputy Head of the Department of Economy and Budget Planning and Head of the Department of Entrepreneurship.
