The English Constitution Party is a small English Nationalist Party.

It believes that the Act of Union needs to be voided which will mean that English citizens will then have Common Law protections.[1] They protested the Coronation of Charles III and Camilla.[2]

They fought the 2022 Southend West by-election which had not been contested after the murder of David Amess.[3] They are running in the 2024 United Kingdom general election in a number of constituencies including St Helens North, Chorley, Romford and Broxbourne.
