Trishuli Corridor (NH42) a North–South Highway also known by Kerung–Thori Road is a National Highway of Nepal located between Madhesh and Bagmati Provinces of Nepal. The total length of the highway is 197 kilometres (122 mi).^[1] ^[2]

The Trishuli Corridor (Kerung-Thori) is considered to be the shortest road in Nepal which connects India and China together.^[3] The shortest route was opened after completing the track opening of the Mailung-Syaphrubeshi road section by Nepali Army. The construction of the road in this section was started on April 4, 2015.^[4]

The road starts at Thori (Indo-Nepal border) in Parsa District of Madhesh Province extracting from NH05 and runs northward passing through Parsa National Park. It crosses the NH01 at Bhandara passing through Chitawan National Park. The road then intersects with NH17 at Malekhu. The road bisects from NH17 about 22 kilometres (14 mi) east in Galchhi, a town located on the river bank of Trishuli. The road ten continue follows the Trishuli River up to Nepal-China border at Rasuwagadhi.

We can take this highway as an adventurous route because on this route we find national parks where we can see colorful animals and the Trishuli river flowing through the mountains looks charming. You can also enjoy rafting in the Trishuli river. This route is a bit dangerous due to geographical difficulties, so isn't it an adventurous route?
