Background

The pageant's preliminary started on May 23, 2023 and the coronation happened on May 25, 2023.

Cities are no longer allowed to be represented in the pageant, and are only limited to pageants in their provinces

Withdrawals

Benguet, Cebu, Pampanga and Rizal withdrew from the competition.

Benguet withdrew due to budget cuts, and Rizal's delegate, Vera Agoncillo Paco withdrew due to health issues.

Cebu and Pampanga withdrew due to undisclosed reasons.
