Characters

Should it be also noted that "挑戰" (Pinyin: tiǎo zhàn) also means "challenge" in Traditional Chinese characters? --Andylkl [ talk! | c ] 18:35, 1 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Capitalisation

So why is DARE in capitals for this page? M.C. Brown Shoes 00:18, 21 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Because it's listed as capitals in the Demon Days tracklisting. :) --Andylkl [ talk! | c ] 08:04, 21 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
Does that really mean anything? Every song on the Demon Days tracklisting is in caps, but it's not FEEL GOOD INC.? M.C. Brown Shoes 11:18, 21 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
When in doubt, find an authorative source. And I'm not talking about the tracklisting at the back of the album, but the tracklisting from this discography. It's the official website. :) --Andylkl [ talk! | c ] 12:05, 21 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]
I stand corrected. Carry on! :) M.C. Brown Shoes 04:20, 23 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Noodle

Who actually sings "Noodle"'s vocals? -- The Anome 02:09, 27 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Rosie Wilson, according to the Gorillaz article.--KrossTalk 10:02, 22 January 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • It sounds like one to me... but it's so fast that the illusory effect is lost.

subtext of masturbation???

What part of the song does it hint masturbation???

Depending on your mindframe, all or nothing. 惑乱 分からん 00:13, 23 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Live Performance

Anything on the Live performance at Manchester? Shaun Ryder was singing it a really weird way.

Brit Awards reference

I've written the addition from memory, if anyone has a recording of it or can add something more concrete to it, please do. Damiancorrigan 10:44, 23 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Removed Nonsense

This:

  • "DARE" is a staple song used by several car audio enthusiasts to test their sound system's performance, as it contains both human voice, plenty of treble and a very strong bassline.

It's uninteresting, not referenced, and has bad grammar. Bye bye! Damiancorrigan 10:50, 29 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

fez?

  • Is it identical? I actually saw that episode of Spongebob, doesn't Spongebob and Patrick have fez with an eye on it? Russel has only a plain red one.

Random fact

I just noticed, on the poster for DARE, Noodle's wearing socks and the outfit seen in the video. But in the video, Noodle's wearing white shoes and no socks! -- Fushako 18:09, 4 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Trivia

The song's audio background music and lyrics is slighty similar to that of Sonic And Knuckles's Death Egg Zone.

Firstly, some wikification needs to take place here (as well as a spell check). Secondly, the Death Egg Zone didn't have any vocals. At all. If there are no objections, I will make changes reflecting the above. -- Jelly Soup 23:26, 13 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
