Asian Achievers Awards

The Asian Achievers Awards (AAA), also known as the People’s Choice Awards, is an annual event held in London, United Kingdom. Established in 2000, the awards celebrate excellence within the British Asian community founded by Asian Business Publications Limited (ABPL), the awards were later taken over by Economic Policy Group (EPG), a global advisory firm.[1] [2]

The Asian Achievers Awards have raised over £5 million for charitable causes over the past two decades reflecting a commitment to fostering connections within the diverse Asian community.[3]

The awards honour and celebrate changemakers within the South Asian community in the UK, acknowledging their significant contributions to the country's cultural, social, and economic growth.[4]

Past Awards

Year 2023

The 21st annual Asian Achievers Awards (AAA) took place on September 15 at the London Hilton on Park Lane Diane Kruger To Be Feted At Zurich — Global Briefs (deadline.com), attracting nearly 700 attendees, including high-profile guests, celebrities, senior ministers, global stars, and influencers. Naomi Dilip Dattani Nominated as Asian Achievers Awards (cricketworld.com)[5]

The event was hosted by Nitin Ganatra, with Pakistani actress/model Ainy Jaffri Rahman (known for Balu Mahi) serving as the co-host.[6] High profile guests in attendance included London’s Indian-origin Deputy Mayor of Business Rajesh Agrawal, Lord Dolar Popat – the first Gujarati to represent the Conservative Party in the House of Lords, and prolific novelist Lord Jeffrey Archer.[7][8][9]
