An editor has added Puerto Rico to this template a couple of times. Being that PR is not a state, I don't belive that it belongs on this template as currently constituted. That said, would others agree that a second section for territories would make a good addition? I was playing around with adding it, but I figured getting input from others might be a good idea first. The other problem I had is, outside of the [[Capitol of Puerto Rico]] and the [[John A. Wilson Building]] in DC, the other territories' capitols don't seem to have articles, so they may have to be created.
