Ishaan Dhawan is an Indian actor who predominantly works in Hindi television industry. He is best known for his portrayal of Kabir Sakhuja in Zindagi Mere Ghar Aana, Neel Khurana in Gud Se Meetha Ishq and Dr. Dhruv Saxena Dhruv Tara – Samay Sadi Se Pare..[1][2][3]
Career
Dhawan started his career as a software engineer. He also has worked in various departments such as music production, software development, and event management. While in Mumbai, he auditioned for various TV commercials and got selected. For his first TV commercial, he was paid Rs.15000. [4]
Dhawan started his acting career in 2020 with a web series Bebaakee which streamed on ZEE5 and ALTBalaji where he portrayed the role of Hamid Alqaazi.[5]
He made his debut in the television industry in 2021 with StarPlus show Zindagi Mere Ghar Aana where he played the role of Kabir Sakhuja[6] In 2022, Ishaan portrayed the role of Neel Khurana in Star Bharat show Gud Se Meetha Ishq opposite Pankhuri Awasthy Rode, marking his first show in a lead role. [7]
In 2024, He was last seen portraying the role of Dr. Dhruv Saxena in Sony SAB 's Dhruv Tara – Samay Sadi Se Pare[3] opposite Riya Sharma.[8]
