Mkuwe Isale, Professionaly known as Mamy Baby is a Tanzanian radio presenter and media personality.[1][2] She is also known for her role in inspiring young women through her initiative, DADA HOOD, a project aimed at empowering and motivating girls to achieve their goals.[3][4][5][6]

Personal life

On December 30, 2022, Mamy Baby celebrated a significant milestone in her personal life by marrying Dr. Hassan Abbas, the former Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Culture, Arts, and Sports in Tanzania.[7][8]

Transition from East Africa Radio to Clouds FM

Before Clouds FM, Mamy Baby was a presenter at East Africa Radio, where she co-hosted the popular radio show The Cruise alongside DJ Sinyorita. However, following an offer from Clouds FM, both Mamy and DJ Sinyorita made the switch to join Clouds Media. One of her notable achievements at Clouds FM includes hosting the Top 20 countdown, where she highlights the top-performing songs each week.[9]

Impact and influence

At Clouds FM, Mamy Baby has played a role in promoting Tanzanian music and culture. Mamy continues to make a difference through DADA HOOD, her initiative aimed at inspiring and guiding young girls[10][11][12][13]
