Both accounts created around the same time, 9 December - 10 December 2023.

Both asked User:The Herald for help with their drafts.[1][2]

Made significant edits on Ghaznavid campaigns in India.[3][4]

Suspected sockpuppets

  1. All accounts were created around the same time, 3 November - 10 December 2023.
  2. All are interested in MILHIST (specifically Indian MILHIST).
  3. DeepstoneV and Kemilliogolgi Consecutively edited Deccani–Vijayanagar wars. [7], Siege of Channapatna [8] [9] and Siege of Vijayanagar.[10] [11]
  4. DeepstoneV and Kemilliogolgi have recently voted in Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Maratha–Nizam wars.
  5. DeepstoneV and Kemilliogolgi are heavily involved in Ghaznavid campaigns in India.[12]
  6. Both clearly couldn't distinguish between WP:RAJ and WP:RS sources [13][14] and continued to remove constructive edits done by user Rawn3012 in Conquest of Ajmer.
  7. Interestingly Kemilliogolgi in User talk:Aura G666/sandbox asked "How is it going? Everything is fine?" (in Urdu) to yet another user Aura G666 and they replied "Yes, but how can we publish articles here" this shows that Kemilliogolgi is not only involved in sockpuppetry but also meatpuppetry with many users.
  8. We have also found Hassan Gangu in many instances editing consecutively with DeepstoneV and Kemilliogolgi. Like in Siege of Jinji (1698).[15], Adil Shahi dynasty [16], Ramkot Fort [17], Bahmani–Vijayanagar War (1362–1367) [18], Siege of Chittorgarh (1535) [19], Umayyad campaigns in India [20] [21], Alauddin Khalji [22] and Battle of Nagaur [23] [24]
  9. Consecutively both asked some favours from the user SKAG123. [25] [26]
  10. Kemilliogolgi reverted an edit to the version of Hassan Gangu. [27] [28]
  11. Both were found at the talk page of Flemmish Nietzsche [29] [30]
  12. DeepstoneV and Hassan Gangu voted in Talk:Maratha Empire#Requested_move_17_April_2024

  2. Both are heavily interested in Indian MILHIST
  3. DeepstoneV and Aryaputram7 are editing around Gupta Empire related articles

I agree with that the first three seem to be socks, based off the given evidence, similar account creation dates, and single-purpose editing on Indian milhist articles. However, the recently added two, Ribosome786 and Aryaputram7 don't seem to be as there is no evidence for the former and the evidence for the latter is exclusively for editing the same draft, while it could just be that both editors are interested in the same topic. @HistoryofIran: What is your stance on this? You seem to have a lot of experience dealing with these recent Indian milhist editors, and based off your previous report, do you think that DeepstoneV, whom we encountered in the Gupta Empire reference dispute, and the other suspected socks are related to those mentioned in your report and thus a part of the same "Discord group"? Hi Flemmish. For some reason I didn't get your ping, happened to get here by chance. I don't really know the other users, but DeepstoneV is certainly not part of the Discord group, as they keep clashing with its members. The listed users seems to be clashing with the Discord group too. Though I am pretty suspicious of Based Kashmiri [32], also notice that in the thread, Based Kashmiri stopped commenting after Malik-Al-Hind appeared, almost as if they substituted (weak evidence, but still, considering everything else). The user in question is persistently disrupting Wikipedia and trying to push his PoV. Also he definitely seems to be using sockpuppetry. Might even be a sock of the indef blocked user Sudsahab perhaps? PadFoot2008

All of these are  Blocked and tagged. I did not check any of the other accounts because insufficient evidence was provided (or in some cases, no evidence was provided).

@Blablubbs: These edits [68][69][70] of Roberthooke003 are exactly the same as Kemilliogolgi's block appeal(one of the confirmed socks). If they are not a sockpuppet then they certainly are a meatpuppet and should be blocked for performing proxy edits for a banned user(through possible off-wiki coordination).   1. At least one diff is from the sockmaster (or an account already blocked as a confirmed sockpuppet of the sockmaster), showing the behaviour characteristic of the sockmaster.
  2. At least one diff per suspected sockpuppet, showing the suspected sockpuppet emulating the behaviour of the sockmaster given in the first diff.
  3. In situations where it is not immediately obvious from the diffs what the characteristic behaviour is, a short explanation must be provided. Around one sentence is enough for this.

In lieu of the ip's lack of reasoning and evidence, here is some for Dooblts being a sock:
  • Commented on my talk page multiple times without any previous interactions, including edit reversions; the only sock who has asked me for "assistance" (as in doing oddly specific things on Indian milhist articles) before on my talk page is DeepstoneV, a sock in this group.
  • Comments on my talk page claiming that most Rapjut articles "are lacking refrences and citations, relying on 1-2 sources only" and that I should "consider these for deletion"; obviously similar anti-Rajput and anti-Mewar behavior to that of this sockfarm; the same rhetoric is seen here: [79] [80] [81], and the similar anti-native Indian edit habits in general here: [82] [83] [84], including suggesting changing "Vijayanagara Empire" to "Vijayanagar Kingdom" [85].
