  • Comment: Very little has changed in this since the last deletion, only the "top 2%" claim which is not that notable since his publication record on Google Scholar is not impressive. Mihai Mutascu is a Romanian economist, currently serving as a Professor of Public Economics at the West University of Timișoara. His research focuses on Public Economics and Taxation, with particular emphasis on the application of wavelet analysis in economic studies. In 2024, he was listed among the world’s top 2% of scientists based on citations received in 2023, according to the Stanford/Elsevier database in its August 2024 update.[1]
