== Forest before the 20th century == |

The paragraph about the forest before the 20th century is confusing. First off, if a forest is between Kfar Yona in the North and Raanana in the South, it does not extend into nowadays Hod Hasharon. Furthermore, I'm not really sure a medetirenian forest could be described as open woodland. It tends to be a mix of trees and shrubs. |

I tried reading the linked article and it seems that that the forest did extend originally further more South up to the Yarkon, but it's not clear. [[User:Tzafrir|Tzafrir]] ([[User talk:Tzafrir|talk]]) 14:10, 31 October 2024 (UTC) |
