Another source for the battle

According to the book, The cradle of mankind; life in eastern Kurdistan

by
Wigram, W. A. (William Ainger)
Simco's army was thoroughly routed and his castle at Chara captured; but he himself unhappily escaped and has since been allowed even by the allies of his victim, to reap all the profits of his crime. In his house was found the actual letter which he had received from Mukht-i-Shems prompting him to the Patriarch's murder.

Someone could add this to the article. I can't since it's protected. Termen28 (talk) 23:52, 20 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Kurdish vandalism

In this battle the Assyrians defeated Kurds and destroyed their fortress where simko shikak the leader of the Kurds ran away In this article the results are being changed from assyrian victory to kurdish victory in order to sabotage assyrian history because the Kurds can't cope with their failures Kurdish trolls on the internet change the results to kurdish victory even tho the article clearly says Assyrians destroyed the Kurds so it's an assyrian victory Kurds stop embarrassing yourselves Assyrian.crusader (talk) 08:16, 18 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Vandalism?

I have come to this page multiple times and seen this article vandalized. Why is the "result" status being changed to "kurdish victory" every other week and what is being done about the vandals? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 24.4.209.213 (talk) 21:24, 21 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

The page is protected now. Mellk (talk) 21:29, 21 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
