== George Cram Maps reference == |

Regarding the [[East_Liberty_(Pittsburgh)#Decline|Decline]] section, the reference to the George F Cram company maps is misleading. The HOLC made the redlining maps, and only used Cram (one of many cartographers making urban maps at the time) as a basemap. It seems unfair to implicate the map company in the racism of the HOLC. |
