Won or nominated?

Hello, I would like to ask for clarification regarding the her accolade in the Stats Polls Awards as listed in Maloi (singer)#Awards. She ranked 2nd place in the Most Influential Filipina Celebrity category. Is this considered "won"? Would it be more appropriate to mark it as "nominated" instead? Controversy

Notability guidelines don't apply to article contents (see WP:NOTEWORTHY). However, according to WP:BLPSOURCE, contentious material should not be added to an article when the only sources are tabloid journalism. By looking at the available sources regarding this issue, only one article from a reliable publisher is available.[1] Unfortunately, since this article is tabloid journalism (Inquirer's Bandera is a tabloid newspaper), it cannot be used as a reference for this issue, ultimately failing WP:BLPSOURCE.
