At least some radio loopers could've been recorded from real radio. And the game was RELEASED in 1999. That's why the radio host says that. Year being 2013 is probably the time in the game. |

Open World?
The category has been added and removed a few times for lack of sourcing. Sourcing could be difficult as the categorisation of open world games was much more limited pre 2006. I have no good sources but below are the sources, reliable or otherwise that categorise the game as OW;
- gamefaqs categorises the game as open world.
- the internet games database calls it an open world game
- Steam categorises the game as open world
- Lazygamer implies it's open world by stating it about 1 and saying 2 doesn't change it.
