Founded in 2023 by Niyi John Olajide, CEO of Axxess, Cavista Holdings was set up to oversee his various investments in Nigeria, which covered the agriculture, technology, hospitality and financial services sectors.

- Cavista Technologies, which was acquired in 2020 and has offices in Nigeria,[2] Botswana[3], [4]India and the Phillippines
- Agbeyewa Farms, which was established in 2021 in Ekiti State
- Glocient Hospitalities, concessionaires and managers of Ikogosi Warm Springs Resort and Conference Center, Ikogosi, Ekiti State[5][6]
