The tenth generation of video game consoles will begin sometime in the near future with the presumed release of Sony's PlayStation 6[1], and the Nintendo Switch 2. and a new line of consoles from Nintendo[2] and Microsoft.[3] This new generation will succeed the previous ninth generation.
