Dr. Ishrat-ul-Ibad Khan (alternative spelling: Ishrat-ul-Ebad Khan) is currently the Governor of the province of Sindh in Pakistan. He is a key member of the Muttahida Quami Movement,he was involved in killing of many peoples like other MQM members, a political party infamous for its involvement in terrorism, especially within the city of Karachi.

Ishrat ul Ibad continues to work for the country and the city has made numerous strides in all fileds such as education, constuction, health etc etc
