The Indian High School in Dubai is an English medium school which caters to Indian students and operates under the CBSE pattern of secondary education.
The school was established in 1961 with a view to providing education to children of Indian expats.
Location
The school operates in two separate campuses, one for the junior school and the other for seniors. The junior school (or branch school as it is popularly known) is located in Garhoud and the senior school (main school) is located in Oud Metha.
Facilities
There are a number of libraries and laboratories for reference work and research work respectively. The school also has a 24-hour counseling center and medical facilities as well. It also has an auditorium with a seating capacity of 1800. The Sheikh Zayed auditorium is used not only for school functions but for numerous other cultural events as well.
