External links aren't sources, they should be moved to the refs section if they are as one cannot assume that someone will check external links to verify information since it is not implied they are sources. Since the info about the white deer is likely to be challenged (as I have challenged it) it should be referenced using inline citations, I can add them if you want but I thought I would let you know about the EL thing.
