Davide Civaschi, aka Cesareo, (born January 22, 1962) is an Italian guitarist.

He is the lead guitarist of the band Elio e le Storie Tese. The band was created in 1980 by Elio, who was the lead vocals and also played the transverse flute, electric bass and the guitar, but in 1984 Cesareo entered the band as one of the best guitarists in Italy.

Known for his precise technique, he played with Carlos Santana in 1998 during the Rai Uno's show called Taratatà.
