Spangereid is a former municipality in Vest-Agder county, Norway.
Spangereid was separated from Sør-Audnedal January 1, 1899. It became (together with Sør-Audnedal and Vigmostad) a part of the new municipality Lindesnes January 1, 1964.
The area is one of Norway's richest archaeological sites. The abundant remnants from the Bronze Age and Viking era show the Spangereid was a very important place at that time.
