InPhase Technologies is a technology company developing holographic storage devices and media. InPhase was spun out from Bell Labs in 2000. Their technology eventually promises terabyte storage. In Q4 2007 they are scheduled to release their first reader, tapestry™ 300r, which will offer a storage capacity of 300GB -- with transfer rates of 20MBytes/second in read write mode. Future models are promised to reach 120MB/second with capacities of 1.6TB.
