Jessie Marie Davis, was the subject of a missing-person case in the state of Ohio widely covered by the American media, particularly the cable news channels, after she went missing while nine months pregnant with her second child. Jessie disappeared on June 13, 2007 after shopping at a local grocery store.
On June 23, 2007 her body was recovered from a wooded area in neighboring Summit County, Ohio, apparently in a portion of Hampton Hills Metro Park immediately adjacent to Cuyahoga Valley National Park; National Park Service Rangers are credited in helping finding the body. The same article states that her boyfriend, Bobby Cutts, Jr., confessed to killing her, and has been charged with two counts of murder.[1]
Cutts is a police officer with the Canton, Ohio police Department.
