Naruto: Ninja Council 2 (known as Naruto: Saikyou Ninja Daikesshu 2 in Japan) is a game of the manga and anime series Naruto by Masashi Kishimoto for the Nintendo Game Boy Advance.

This game loosely follows the second through third seasons of the anime, but with some minor differences, such as repeated fights against Dosu Kinuta, Zaku Abumi, Kabuto Yakushi, and Orochimaru, as well as areas that did not appear in the anime. It also features a two-player co-op mode using the link cable, and a four-player battle mode. However, it should be noted that while the first game had voice samples from the cast (carried over from Clash of Ninja), this game does not.

Story

Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke have graduated from the Ninja academy, and now must take their Chunin exams. The exams consist of several parts, both written and action oriented. The three students and their sensei Kakashi Hatake have been tasked with delivering an important scroll to the top of the mountain as their exams are prepared and executed upon them. However, Orochimaru arrives and steals the scroll, thus putting the three's chances of passing their exams at risk. The four, accompanied by Lee, then go off in search of Orochimaru to retrieve the scroll and pass the exams.
