The All-American Hockey League was a minor league hockey organization formed in 1972 as the Continental Hockey League. In 1987 the league name was changed to the All-American Hockey League. In 1988, the All-American Hockey League merged with the Atlantic Coast Hockey League to form the East Coast Hockey League.
