- Destroyer (Marvel Comics), a comic book adaptation of The Destroyer.
- Alex Power used the codename "Destroyer" when he possessed the energy-manipulating powers associated with the youthful superhero team Power Pack. When those powers passed to Alex's younger brother Jack, he also adopted the "Destroyer" identity.
