She is a famous Taiwanese singer, actress and model who published several nude photo albums, including 「Angel Heart」 and 「Venus」. She quit nude modelling before her singing career. However, she still models for designers such as Hang Ten and Gucci. She is also well known for previously dating the Japanese rock star Sugizo, who is an ex-band member of of the famous Luna Sea. She was also featured in Gackt's 「君が追いかけた夢」 promotional video.

Fluent in both Mandarin and Japanese, this gifted girl has some experience as a seiyu (voice actress}. She voiced Aisha in Gundam Seed for a couple of episodes, and sang the second opening theme with Kazuma. She has also studied Korean.
She appears mainly on Asian television dramas and TV commercials in Taiwan and Japan.
She played the role of Chao Jia Le in Love Storm (2003), a series with F4's Vic Chou and Ken Chu. She also wrote and sang the opening theme, Decide to Love You (Jue Ding Ai Ni) for this series.
Vivian has written many songs for artists like Vanness Wu.
She recently released her new album 「狠狠愛」 [Hen Hen Ai; translation: Love Unreservedly] in April 2005.
