Title does not make sense

Creating articles for colonies that have the same name in different cities is absurd! No individually distinguishable information can be presented in such articles. I suggest a guideline be created for this. Perhaps WikiProject India can take the initiative and stop this non sense trend. If a colony is popular or has historical significance for some reason then the article should be titled "Malviya Nagar (Lucknow, India)", not just "Malviya Nagar".
