The local cricket club is based at Bruce Comben Reserve, Central Avenue, Altona Meadows. The 'Saints' as they are known compete in the VTCA (Victorian Turf Cricket Association) North B1 grade, and have many colourful characters, such as club stalwart Steve Fletcher, fluent run-scorer Robert Engler, and long-serving club president Gary Clamp (El Presidente).

The Bruce Comben clubrooms are open to events during the cricket season, offering negotiable drink deals for large events.
