'KWYY is a country music radio station in Casper, Wyoming branded as 955 KWYY and is owned by Chris Devine's Marathon Media. KWYY started out as KYOD, "Cyotie Country the new 1047", at 104.7 FM in the mid 90s as country music station. It was moved to its current location on the FM dial in the late 90s after being sold by Heart Media to Mountain States Broadcasting. It was later sold to Clear Channel Radio and most recently was sold to Chris Devine's Marathon Media. The music programming is syndicated by ABC Radio Networks. As with almost every local FM station, the broadcasting tower is located south of town on Casper Mountain.
