Lillian "Lilly" Truscott (born in October 22, 1992)is a fictional character from the Disney Channel hit TV show Hannah Montana. She is played by Emily Osment.

Character Information

Lilly is the best friend of Miley Stewart and Oliver Oken. A huge Hannah Montana fan, even before she found out Miley's secret, Lilly discovered Miley was Hannah Montana while sneaking into her dressing room after a concert. When Lilly slipped up and called Miley 'Hannah', Miley became upset, but the two made up and remained best friends. Though they still argue often, they always make up. Lilly is outgoing, fun, a little bit skater-punk, a little tom-boyish, and definitely a good friend.

Whenever Lilly seems to like an idea of another character (usually Miley) she will respond with either a happy dance or by saying "Ooh Lilly Likey".

Lilly has an older brother and sister and a younger sister.

"Lola" Aliases

Lilly attends concerts with Hannah Montana under the alias of "Lola." Her surname and personality are dependent on the color of the wig she uses. Some of the "Lolas" include:

• Lola LaFonda: Has a dark long, straight red wig and punk clothes. This is the only Lola disguise where Lilly brings her dog, Thor, with her in a limo accompanied by Hannah. Was first seen in Miley Get Your Gum.
• Lola Lufnagle: Has a short light purple wig, and usually dresses in brightly colored light blue and purple cyberpunk-themed outfits. Was first worn in It's My Party And I'll Lie If I Want To. Lola Lufnagle is also the most seen of all the "Lolas".
• Lola Lufnagle (2): Has a new dark purple colored wig that she normally wears with black, white, and pink colored stripes. Was first seen in Everybody Was Best-Friend Fighting.
• Lola LaBomba: Has a long cyan colored wig with a red headband and/or a purple flower along with loose clothes. Was first seen in People Who Use People. In both episodes that she was seen in, moose were mentioned. In People Who Use People, She claims to Jake that she is home schooled in Canada, where the moose are. In Bad Moose Rising, Miley goes to "Make a Moose" and she wears a moose outfit as Hannah during a fashion show that Lola LaBomba attends.
• Lola LaToya: Has a short orange wig and clothes with mixed-up, random colored clothes. Was first seen in We Are Family: Now Get Me Some Water!.
• Lola LaTrisha: Has a short light pink wig and normal blue, black or white colored clothes that sort of seem punk. Or red, black and gray outfits. It was first seen in Cuffs Will Keep Us Together and My Best Friend's Boyfriend.
• Lola LaRhonda: Has a short white wig and would mostly wear black-and-white clothing. Was first seen in The episode When You Wish You Were The Star.
• Lola LaRosa: Has a short bright red wig and black and White Spotty Clothes worn by Lola LaTrisha (pink wig Lola). Was first seen in Cuffs Will Keep Us Together and Take This Job And Love It. Also seen in Everybody Was Best-Friend Fighting

Character Description

Lilly loves skateboarding and surfing. She also loves cute clothes and boys though she is a very tomboyish character. She tends to be seen wearing caps or beanies in every episode in the first season, but not as much in the second season. Slightly unsure about her appearance, Lilly wears contact lenses and can be more excited about wearing cool clothes instead of solving problems, and she loves Miley/Hannah's shoes. Lilly had a crush on an actor in the show Jake Ryan (Cody Linley), but convinces Miley to pursue him instead when Lilly realizes how much he likes Miley. She also had a crush on Oliver in pre-school, but she insists she only held his hand so she could borrow his crayons. In high school, Lilly gets asked to the dance by Matt Marshall, the boy Lilly has been crushing on for awhile. But when she changes her image from a skater-punk type girl to a preppy type girl (in which Miley convinced her to change), he stands her up. All works out in the end when Matt confesses to having a crush on Lilly as well, and likes her just the way she is. The two then become a couple although Matt wouldn't appear in future episodes. Later, Lilly dates Lucas, and Miley finds him cheating on Lilly with another girl, in the episode My Best Friend's Boyfriend. She has a father who likes bran muffins. It is revealed in When You Wish You Were the Star that Lilly has a birth mark shaped like a poodle on her buttcheeks. She is also known for fainting when something exciting happens, like what happened when Jake and Miley kissed for the first time.

Relationships

Lilly had several relationships, but none of them were successful and was either been cheated on or was stood up by a date. Here are the relationships she had:

• Jake Ryan: Date for the Seventies' Dance (More Than a Zombie to Me)

• Matt Marshall: Date for a dance (You Are So Sue-Able To Me), One Episode-Boyfriend

• Lucas: Ex-Boyfriend, cheated on her with another girl and flirted with Hannah Montana (My Best Friend's Boyfriend) and said he already had 2 girlfriends, but he'd dump them both for Hannah.

• Oliver Oken: In preschool, but Lilly insists that she only held his hand because she wanted his crayons, and are now best friends.

Production Notes

During production Lilly's name was Lilly Romero, according to the Hannah Montana DVD Livin' the Rock Star Life's special feature Miley's Audition Tapes.
