Reynaldo Flemings (born July 27, 1973) is the Chief Operating Officer of a newly formed record label, Tennman Records. Prior to his role with Tennman, Flemings was Commissioner of Music for Memphis and Shelby County. Flemings was also President of the Memphis Music Foundation which coordinates activities with the Memphis and Shelby County Music Commission to re-develop Memphis's recording music industry and entertainment revitalization efforts.
